- What is the status of my order?
Your products will be shipped within 24/48h of your order, and then it takes 5 to 10 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at L4led.com has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order
- What's your return policy?
We have 14 days return policy. Tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full.
- Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one.
- Are returns Free?
Returns costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
